The temple grounds are truly a year-round delight, inviting visitors back with each changing season. Spring brings an explosion of cherry blossoms, summer offers a refreshing valley breeze, and autumn paints the landscape with breathtaking foliage. Even winter soothes the soul with blooming sasanqua, plum, and camellia flowers. In a quiet corner of the grounds, you'll find a perpetual memorial grave for all religious sects. Additionally, a new area for tree burials (natural burials) was established in 2022, where trees are planted in place of traditional gravestones. As Nichiren Shonin wisely said, "Flowers turn to roots, and true flavors stay in the soil. This merit should be concentrated in the body of the holy spirit of the late Doshenbo."
